We laugh and cry together, get into disagreements, have to lovingly discipline, celebrate the good times and grieve together when there is heartbreak, go on vacations, and make them do their homework. Parenting is no easy task, but there’s nothing we’d rather do than raise these children.
Unaccompanied Minors
Imagine a 12-year-old boy leaving behind everything he knows on whispered promises of what is possible on the other side of the border. He isn’t seeking wealth and fame, but the most basic of needs like food and shelter; and for those that dream bigger, hopes of an education.
